Parents should be able to choose children's schools

Ensuring that each child has access to an educational environment that best suits their needs shouldn't be partisan. School choice overwhelmingly benefits minorities, low-income, and disabled students. I reject the notion that a ZIP code determines a child's future. Forcing students to remain in failing schools hinders academic success and restricts educational freedom.
