Get savings by removing illegal immigrants from Medicaid

[On immigrant benefits]: "We hope more people will go to work and not be on government benefits, but be on private insurance," he said. "We hope that will create some savings. It is also no longer going to fund higher rates for illegal immigrants who are getting into this country, who are not citizens, who are taking more and more of the share of the Medicaid dollars that we spend.
