Global warming is real and we need to take immediate action

Patty Judge: Global warming is real and we need to take immediate action to preserve our environment and natural resources for future generations. I believe Iowa can be a model for the clean energy economy and I'm proud of the work I've done to promote renewable fuels and wind energy in the state. On the federal level, we must continue to fund programs like the production tax credit for wind energy. On a federal and state level we must also make funding conservation programs a priority, which is why I strongly support funding the Iowa Natural Resources and Outdoor Trust Fund to give sustainable funding to protecting our state's water and other natural resources.

Move away from fossil fuels & toward a clean energy economy
