Let Israelis and Palestinians solve problems on their own

Only a completely insane person would ever even think about sticking their nose in the middle of a nasty situation like Israel and the Palestinians. Talk about a lose/lose deal. These problems go back thousands of years. Nothing we have done has made things any better--in fact, all our meddling has probably made things worse. The best thing we Americans could do is to mind our own business and let the Israelis and the Palestinians solve this on their own.
