Promote solar, not "all-of-the-above"

A: One issue is energy. We cannot adopt an "all-of-the-above" energy strategy. We need to continually evaluate what actually works when tested and not spread our brainpower on technologies that sound good but aren't feasible or possible to produce on a large scale. We do know that with Hawai'i's year-round sunshine, solar energy must continue to improve and be promoted in Hawai'i, although prime agricultural land should not be rezoned for ground mount solar farms. My administration would utilize this land for sustainable agricultural business.
