Don't consider climate change in regulating utilities

HB298: Requiring the protection of the global climate in supervising and regulating certain public service companies.

Summary by Earth Justice (5/4/21): HB 298 will require the Public Service Commission to consider the climate effects and emissions in its regulation of gas, electric, telephone, water, and sewage disposal companies. In every aspect of its utility regulation, the Commission must now consider climate change for the first time.
