Paul Sadler on Homeland Security

Give armed forces the equipment they need

Q: Do you support expanding the armed forces?

A: Paul Sadler believes our nation's civilian leadership should work with military leaders to ensure that our armed forces have the personnel, equipment and training to meet whatever mission requirements our country will face in the coming years.

Give law enforcement the tools they need

Q: Do you think the Patriot Act harms civil liberties?

A: This is not a policy position, but rather an over-simplified opinion on a complex issue. Paul Sadler supports policies that give our law enforcement, military and intelligence apparatuses the tools they need to fight the global war on terror, while protecting individual civil liberties for American citizens.

Keep armed forces best trained & best-equipped in the world

Strengthening our national defense and honoring our service members: The soldiers, sailors, airmen and Marines serving our country--many of them Texans--deserve a US Senator who honors their service and sacrifice. Paul will fight to make sure the United States armed forces remain the best trained and most well-equipped in the world. He supports increased funding for the Veteran's Administration, and job training to help our youngest veterans transition to the civilian workforce.
