Since the current healthcare system is not working the Hunter Administration would push for a government backed policy (covering high costs like AIDS & transplants - what they say runs the cost up) keeping prices low for individuals & business (give a tax deduction to businesses that pay employee health insurance). Supports more Rx coverage plus right to sue

Hunter supports the following principles regarding healthcare:

Support a Patient's Bill of Rights which includes the right to sue when claims are denied.
Support prescription drug coverage under Medicare.
Support prescription drug coverage under private managed care plans.
