Bankruptcy reform law creates permanent indentured servitude

I would have voted NO on the bankruptcy reform law, it creates slavery and permanent indentured servitude, I believe that both the individual debtor and their family as well as the creditor benefit by discharging debtors who are insolvent instead of stringing them on and on and on for years of costly garnishments and administrating debt collection, since creditors should not give easy credit to poor credit risks, and are in the best position to judge whether to make loans or provide services to individuals before doing so, and thus should be more self regulating and use common sense instead of creating a permanent debtor class which leads America down the road to what I call the Slave Trade nations of the world, with sweat shops and an underclass of poor and destruction of our middle class, unlike my opponent who voted for his rich banking friends.

I would vote YES to repeal the tax subsidy of companies which move US Jobs offshore.
