A president should bring out the best of our people
A president's number one responsibility is to bring out the best of our people. That's what Ronald Reagan did. And he did it with optimism and hope for our country with consistent conservatism. That's exactly what I bring. I'll bring out the best of
America in terms of individual responsibility, building our economy, in terms of securing our border, enforcing the rule of law. I will bring out the best of America in terms of our national character, our faith, and our hope for the future.

Trump morally disqualified, and based on 14th Amendment
Q: If former President Trump is convicted in a court of law, would you still support him as your party's choice? Please raise your hand if you would.HUTCHINSON: I did not raise my hand because there's an important issue we as a party have to face.
Well over a year ago, I said that Donald Trump was morally disqualified from being President, again, as a result of what happened on January 6th. More people are understanding the importance of that, including conservative legal scholars, who says he
may be disqualified under the 14th Amendment from being President, again, as a result of the insurrection. This is something that could disqualify him, under our rules, and under the Constitution.
And so obviously, I'm not going to support somebody who's been convicted of a serious felony, or who has this is disqualified under our Constitution. And that's consistent with RNC rules. And I hope everybody would agree with that.

Put the office of presidency and our country above yourself
You should put the office of presidency and our country above yourself. And whenever you've got these serious allegations against you, it's not fair to the country and certainly it's not fair to the party that wants to get this country back on track.
And so, to me, that is the high-level consideration the candidates should give to the important office of president in making that decision for the country's interest.

That rights are from God foundational to American success
Our nation's founders understood that rights are not given by man, but rather bestowed upon us by our Creator.
This worldview is foundational to good governance and the success of the United States of America.
The success of any democracy is dependent upon agreement on a set of values. Today, we have a nation divided and we must return to what brings us together and not what pulls us apart. That is why it is so important that we seek out leaders
that bring out the best in America rather than those that give in to our worst instincts. I believe that we must respect dissent and stand together on the common ground of freedom, equality, and fairness.

America is democracy's lighthouse; mustn't let light go dim
America is democracy's lighthouse. We must not let the light be dimmed. If freedom's light goes out in the United States then other
countries will have their freedom shipwrecked on rocky shoals. Our democracy demands America's best and I will bring out America's best. We will do this through leadership, economic growth, and respect for the rule of law.

When the election is over we need to come together
We witnessed a violent mob assault our nation's Capitol. They attacked the foundations of our democracy. A presidential election often divides the country along political and cultural lines. And I understand the passion. It is okay to be passionate.
But we must not let passion cloud our common sense and our commitment to our state and nation. And when the election is over, then we need to come together, united to strengthen our democracy and heal our land.

What’s an adherent?
The most common definition used in broad compilations of statistical data is somebody who claims to belong to or worship in a religion. This is the self-identification method of determining who is an adherent of what religion, and it is the method used in most national surveys and polls.
Such factors as religious service attendance, belief, practice, familiarity with doctrine, belief in certain creeds, etc., may be important to sociologists, religious leaders, and others. But these are measures of religiosity and are usually not used academically to define a person’s membership in a particular religion. It is important to recognize there are various levels of adherence, or membership within religious traditions or religious bodies. There’s no single definition, and sources of adherent statistics do not always make it clear what definition they are using.

Endorsements by Donald Trump, implying support of Trump's agenda and electoral style.
The phrase `Make America Great Again` was popularized in Trump`s 2015 book Time to Get Tough:Making America Great Again. It is the campaign slogan embroidered on the ubiquitous red caps seen at Trump rallies (which after Trump`s presidency, became known as `MAGA rallies`).
