Making drugs illegal just raise the price & causes crime

I oppose fools who abuse drugs, but making it illegal just raises the price and brings crime into the business, and causes more crime and violence (such as dealer turf wars, user stealing to get funds to buy, and corruption of police stealing confiscated drugs, or abuse of taking dealer/user property without trial, and retaining by police or government where taken).
