US economy in trouble due to excessive spending

Domestic and foreign debts are at record levels. Wars and an empire of foreign bases drain our treasury. These weaknesses expose the US to collapse of the dollar and a major depression.

Dave's position: Herb Kohl is part of the problem. He is rated as a 'big spender' by the non-partisan National Taxpayers Union, based on his frequent votes for higher spending. Spending, borrowing, and excess growth of the money supply (the original definition of `inflation') must be reduced, or we risk collapse of the dollar and a major depression.
