Faith-based organizations are a conflict on both sides

A: No. Using faith-based organizations to distribute government money or government -funded services is; 1) a conflict of the church's mission (`voluntary', thus no coercively-raised funds; i.e. taxes), and 2) puts them under partial control of the government (all government money has strings attached) so is bad for their own management, and 3) violates separation of church and state.
