Filed suit against high school transgender accommodation

A federal lawsuit that was filed in response to a Maryland school system's policy regarding transgender students has been dismissed. Cox said he was working on behalf of a 15-year-old girl at Frederick County High School. "The purpose of her suit was to protect her own privacy and the rights of girls to not have to undress in front of the opposite sex in their own bathrooms," he said.
