NAFTA does not set up a level playing field

Policies like NAFTA are supposed to be about free trade. What were finding is that they are free for other countries but come with a high cost for Americans. Amend NAFTA to protect local workforce

Burt Cohen stated that, "New Hampshire has lost 23,500 manufacturing jobs alone in the last 3 years. Policies like NAFTA are supposed to be about free trade.
