Recommend repeal of NAFTA and GATT

Sykes recommends repeal of NAFTA and GATT and a focus on building economic self-sufficiency for Alaska. We need a product development corporation to reduce Outside economic control and stimulate an in-state small manufacturing base that adds value to our own raw materials before export such as: Dimensional lumber and wood products, fertilizer, pet food and fish leather from fish waste, gold jewelry from raw ore, medicinal plants.
