Patients Rights with limited lawsuit damages

Unlike a House version that passed later, the Senate?s patients' rights bill allows unlimited damages for pain and suffering, a provision Levin says ensures strong patient protection. Raczkowski is uncomfortable with the idea of unlimited damages, but he doesn't agree with Republicans' attempts to cap damages in all cases.
