Tom knows that governments do not create jobs - businesses do. In a global economy, businesses will locate where the cost of doing business is low; where good infrastructure allows them to bring their products to market; and where the population is well-educated and dynamic. Tom will support pro-growth policies such as lower taxes and less regulation, to attract the business investment that will create high-paying jobs for the future.
