Raymond McKay on Energy & Oil

Won't implement premature, irresponsible energy policies

Since 2011, Rhode Island's 30-year senior Senator has worked to fund, and pass laws to implement premature, irresponsible energy policies for the Ocean State under the guise of environmental responsibility that have benefited a select few Rhode Islanders, while also increasing our utility bills, hampering our fishermen and women, and blighting our magnificent ocean view.

Cognizant of issues [including] increasing our utility bills, hampering our fishermen and women, and blighting our magnificent ocean view], Ray is committed to American energy independence getting colleagues on both sides of the aisle to work together for long-term strength and stability of our nuclear and fossil fuel industries and efficiently utilizing green energy solutions.
