Ken Chase criticized Senator Kennedy for voting against the Child Custody Protection Act, which passed the Senate July 25th by over 30 votes. It even received the yes votes of 13 Democrats. "Clearly, Ted Kennedy is on the far-left on this issue, unwilling to do anything that might upset the radical pro-abortion lobby, including voting for a common-sense bill like the Child Custody Protection Act, which would simply ensure that those who help teens go behind their parents' back are punished."
