Reduce abortion through education and contraceptives use

Q: How do we reduce the number of unwanted pregnancies that result in abortion?

A: I think that you reduce the number of unwanted pregnancies in basically two different ways. One is that you educate people. And the second thing is that you promote contraceptives and make it easy to get them. This is the way that they do it in Europe and they have a much lower rate of abortion than we do in the United States.
