Supports charters; supports accountability

Sowell supports the following principles regarding education:
• Support national standards for and testing of public school students.
• Allow teachers and professionals to receive authorization and funding to establish charter schools.
• Sowell says, "Education programs must be held accountable."

Top priority is saving public education

My top 3 legislative priorities will be Education, Social Security, & Homeland Security.
1. Public education in America has been neglected & ignored. It has become substandard and that has to be corrected immediately.
2. Preserving Social Security for those that have worked most of their lives for the minimum wage, while providing the labor that made their employer rich.
3. Peace and security is a must for the well being of the Country. I will start by requiring mandatory governmental service.
