Reduce restrictions on third-party ballot access

Federal standards of ballot access need to be established. The oppressive standards set by the old parties are arbitrary and punitive. This year in Pennsylvania, Republicans and Democrats need to gather 2,000 signatures of their members to qualify for the ballot. This year the standard for third parties and independents is set at an historic high of 67,072, which is double the previous high. The lack of access to the political and governmental systems has contributed to our current constitutional crisis.
