Democrats & Republicans love to spend your money (we don't)

Compliance with law is a problem for all businesses, but it is a greater problem for small businesses. Democrats and Republicans love to spend your money, so they impose fines and fees to raise revenue without using taxes to do it. They also impose forfeitures, cancel licenses, and even imprison people who mistakenly violate regulations. Ignorance of the law is considered no excuse. Libertarians oppose the abuse of penalties.
