State personal income tax needs to be eliminated

I do believe that personal income tax in the state needs to be eliminated. That's going to make sure we stay competitive with the states around us. I think there's a lot of reforms we need to look at as well, especially with property tax. As far as gross receipts tax, we need to look at how to reform that, turn that into a pure sales tax if possible, or look at different ways we could reduce that or eliminate it in some cases.
