Committee for Working Families: chart NJ's future

The Committee for Working Families was founded to chart our state's future into the next century. The challenges are obvious: excellence in education, targeting emerging state economic trends, a sound and equitable tax structure which encourages hard work and investment; and a work force which is educated and prepared to meet the possibilities of the new economy. We must grapple with the tough issues which confront our State to ensure the long-term success of out families and our economy.

Working families are the backbone of New Jersey

Jim McGreevey says, "The CWF exists to listen, to learn, and then to lead. The CWF is a dynamic, interactive advocate for NJ's working families. We stand with working families to help them voice their concerns, and then find solutions. solutions to the real problems which confront parents, children, and senior citizens from one end of this state to the other. People work hard in NJ. The CWT is here to work hard for them."
