Use gas tax to fund passenger train improvements

I support using tax dollars from the gas tax to grow more infrastructures that government is responsible for, based on the Constitution of the United States. For instance, in Colorado, a passenger train system would connect Pueblo, Colorado Springs and Denver on existing track and where needed, track added.
