Every US Senate seat must be filled by someone strong enough & determined enough to fight long & hard for America. I believe New Mexico's junior incumbent has not even begun to address these issues. I believe I can do a better job.
A: Perhaps the best argument for retaining the incumbent is his seniority. But first, one has to like his track record before asking for more of the same. If seniority is good for "bringing home the bacon" for New Mexico, then our most senior senator probably deserves most of the credit. Someday, and perhaps not all that far down the road, the incumbent will retire. A head start on seniority perhaps is the best thing for the future for our state.
