Andrea believes that the final version must:
• Reduce the amount of mandated standardized testing, ensuring more time for teachers to focus on teaching, and tailor their curriculum to the particular needs of their students;
• Create a pipeline of qualified teachers and provide them proper professional development, so as to most effectively serve diverse learners.
