Ban partial-birth abortion, except for maternal health

A CNN/Gallup poll in early 2003 showed that 70% of Americans support a ban on partial-birth abortions. Benjamin praised the Republican Senate leadership for successfully navigating S-3, the bill banning partial-birth abortions, onto the President's desk for signing. The ban should be maintained except when there exists related danger to the life of the mother.
