It is unacceptable that millions of American citizens are uninsured and without access to even basic healthcare services. Remove Medicaid from local budgets

In Monroe County, all sales tax revenue is needed to cover Medicaid costs. In Onondaga County, 45% of county tax levy used to cover the Medicaid bill. Since 1999, Medicaid costs are up: 85% in Chemung, 70% in Steuben, and 50% in Broome County. Similar effects realized throughout the State.
