Invest in pre-kindergarten programs

I believe education is one of the most important investments government can make. I supported an innovative pre-kindergarten program that will give Tennessee's most vulnerable four-year olds the start they need to succeed in school. Students who complete pre-kindergarten programs are less likely to have trouble reading and far less likely to end up committing crimes.
