Opposes allowing illegal immigrants to attend public schools

A: Public education is being negatively affected by accelerating illegal immigration. We can ask if a child actually resides in MD, and if they do, they can't attend DE's schools without paying tuition. But the Supreme Court has held that public schools must admit illegal alien children on an equal basis with citizen children. Unless we can enforce our immigration laws, there will never be enough funding for public education.
