I believe that marriage is between a man and a woman

On same-sex marriage, Bailey affirmed his traditional views while appearing uncertain about potential policy actions. "I believe that marriage is between a man and a woman. I think everyone that knows me knows that," he said. When asked whether the Supreme Court should overturn Obergefell v. Hodges, which legalized same-sex marriage nationwide, Bailey said: "That is a good question. I'm gonna have to consider that one, think about that one. I haven't really thought about it."
