Simplify the Patriot Act

Q: Does the Patriot Act harm civil liberties?

Yes and no. While the Patriot Act has broken down the barriers between some law enforcement agencies, there are parts to it such as the NAIS program that are a violation. The Act should be simplified.

Give military EVERYTHING it needs

We need to make sure our military has EVERYTHING it needs to strike quickly and effectively. If a military act needs approval, I will be the first to vote in favor of it and make sure that everything our soldiers need would be there so they could do their jobs quickly and come home.
