Stop bombing Yugoslavia; it breaches UN Charter

Our first step is to end the bombing now, unconditionally. The attacks on Yugoslavia are a direct violation of the Charter of the United Nations. The United States is now a rogue state. The United States is engaged in destroying an entire nation because it doesn’t like its leader. It is not enough that the bombing end, NATO itself must be dismantled and abolished. Its function, if it had any, ended well over a generation ago, and long before the Cold War came to a formal end. Source: Speech at WRL Retirement Dinner May 1, 1999
