Keep existing dams to maintain clean hydro power

The dams on the Columbia and Snake rivers should not be removed. The hydro-electric power and irrigation capabilities provided to the region are too important to our economy to consider removal of the dams. The benefits of our system of dams are evident: clean and efficient hydro power lighting 8 million homes while turning a desert basin into a literal breadbasket to the world.
