Morrison unveiled his plan to move Montana and the nation on a path to energy independence, free from the grip of foreign oil. "America desperately needs a positive change in energy policy to a new vision that moves us from dependence on the big oil special interests, energy barons and unstable or hostile countries to investments instead in renewable energy such as wind power, solar, ethanol, & clean coal," Morrison said.
